Wonderful Woman – Victoria Franzese

Wonderful Woman – Victoria Franzese

Meet Victoria from Bergen County, NJ. She is compassionate, anxious and spiritual. She is a nurse and an esthetician, and this is my story as a 20 something figuring it all out.

Q: What is your title, what do you do?

A: I am a nurse as well as an esthetician. I took my passion for skin health and crystals and created an all natural skincare line.

Q: How did you get into the business you are in today?

A: I only recently became an entrepreneur in the summer of 2016. I woke up one morning and decided to start my own business.

Q: What is the biggest challenge you had to face & overcame?

A: My biggest challenge so far has been self-doubt. I felt insecure and self-conscious about going public with my skincare line.

Q: What is your work motto?

A:  My work mottos are “hustle and stay humble” and “fake it til you make it”.

Q: What is the best advice to give someone who is interested in this industry?

A: The best advice I could give someone who wants to create there own skincare line or business is believe in yourself and believe in your product.

Q: What do you like most about this industry?

A: I like the sense of community in the skincare industry.

Q: What would you want to tell your 15-year-old self?

A:  I would tell my 15-year-old self, ” Love yourself, believe in yourself, be confident, and don’t worry what others think.”

Q: What does girl power mean to you?

A: Girl power to me means staying strong as a woman and empowering and supporting other women. Don’t be a mean girl, it won’t get you anywhere.

And that’s this week’s, Wonderful Woman!
