Q: What is your title, what do you do?

A: I’m a singer/songwriter, but at my day job I’m a dog trainer.

Q: How did you start your music career?

A: For as long as I can remember I have been singing. I wrote my first “song” when I was four and just never stopped.

Q: What is the biggest challenge you have faced & overcame?

A: I have terrible anxiety which translates into stage fright. It’s really hard to perform when you’re absolutely terrified of people, but being on stage is the most fun and freeing thing in the world.

Q: What is your work moto?

A: Have fun! If it won’t make you happy in the long run don’t do it.

Q: What is the best advice to give someone who is afraid to put their music & work out there?

A: You just have to do it. Other people’s opinions don’t matter at all and can never make you as happy as you can make yourself. As long as you’re having fun and expressing yourself, there’s nothing to be afraid of.

Q: What do you like most about this industry?

A: I just love to write and sing. I honestly hate thinking of any art form as an “industry” because so many people try to take away creativity.

Q: What would you want to tell your 15-year-old self?

A: I would tell her to calm down; people will the music stop being so scared

Q: What does girl power mean to you?

A: Girl Power means that women are capable of everything men are capable and more. There are no boundaries to what we can and can’t do or be as long as we stick together.

Q: Anything else you want to mention?

A: Stream Teen Angst on Spotify and Apple Music!!!
