5 Things to Do Every Morning

Hi, hello there reader! Welcome to my blog where I write all positive, motivational, inspirational and loving posts.


Positive energy begins with you in the beginning of your day. Here are 5 things to do every morning to help you stay motivated, positive, and ensure that you are loved!

  1. Wake up & thank your higher power for this day! That you are alive, well, and healthy!
  2. Tell yourself that you are beautiful, that you love yourself & you are loved.
  3. While eating your breakfast or having your morning coffee make a do list of realistic projects that you can get done today.
  4. Exercise! This can be physical or mental exercise. If you have time go to the gym or a take a ten-minute walk around your neighborhood or maybe challenge your brain this morning with a puzzle like a sudoku.
  5. Meditate, it helps you be mindful and live in the now. Meditating in the morning can help ease stress and anxiety that you may experience, and help keep you focused, positive and motivated.
